Turf Cutting Ceremonies
Turf cutting ceremonies were held for both our buildings on 18 December 2018. Thank you to our service user representatives Wendy Palmer and Joe McGunnigle who cut the first turf for the ANCHOR and to Fiona Donald and Anne Smith who cut the first turf for the Baird. Even the very wet weather and howling gales could not dampen our spirits on this special day. This was the last event presided over by the outgoing Chairman of NHS Grampian, Professor Stephen Logan – and the Lord Provost of Aberdeen was also in attendance.
